1. Services Provided

SAIOA Signature Proposals specializes in curated proposal planning, romantic décor styling, surprise engagements, and luxury setup services. All services are customized and subject to availability.

2. Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your proposal date.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled proposal date, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment and written confirmation from SAIOA Signature Proposals.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• All retainers are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the proposal date are not eligible for refunds.

• One reschedule may be permitted based on availability and may incur additional fees.

• Weather, venue restrictions, or third-party delays do not automatically qualify for refunds.

4. Proposal Setup & Rentals

• All décor, props, florals, and rental items remain the property of SAIOA Signature Proposals unless otherwise stated.

• Clients are responsible for all items from setup completion until breakdown or pickup.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged items will be charged at full replacement value.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate proposal details, timing, and location

• Secure venue permissions or approvals when required

• Ensure a safe, accessible setup location

SAIOA Signature Proposals is not responsible for delays or changes due to inaccurate or incomplete information.

6. Design & Creative Direction

• Final designs may vary slightly due to availability, weather, lighting, or venue limitations.

• By booking, clients grant SAIOA Signature Proposals creative discretion to execute designs consistent with the agreed concept and aesthetic.

7. Photography & Marketing

SAIOA Signature Proposals reserves the right to photograph or record proposal setups for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless the client submits a written opt-out request prior to the event.

8. Liability Disclaimer

SAIOA Signature Proposals is not liable for:

• Emotional outcomes of proposal acceptance or rejection

• Injuries related to décor, setups, or environmental conditions

• Acts of God, weather conditions, or third-party disruptions

9. Confidentiality & Discretion

We understand the sensitive nature of proposal planning. All client information is handled with discretion and confidentiality.

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, designs, images, concepts, and website content are the exclusive property of SAIOA Signature Proposals and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, submit fraudulent inquiries, or engage in any activity that could harm the brand or business operations.

12. Changes to Terms

SAIOA Signature Proposals reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
